Mopkar Real Estates Llp is located at 3, Church Street in Curchorem, which is down in South Goa. It’s a decent spot to be. We spend our time dealing with the local real estate market around here. Being in Curchorem means we see a lot of different people, from locals who have been here forever to people moving in from other parts of the country. Our office on Church Street is where all the planning happens. It’s not a big corporate building, just a normal office where we keep our files and meet our neighbors. Real estate in South Goa has its own pace. It’s not always fast, and we spend a lot of time just making sure the documents are in order. We walk around the area quite a bit to look at land and buildings. Sometimes the humidity is a lot, but we are used to it. We don't have any flashy slogans or marketing tricks. People come to us because they know we are here on Church Street and we know the local land. We just try to be helpful and give straight answers. Whether it’s a small house or a larger plot of land, we just handle the details as they come. It’s a lot of phone calls and a fair bit of driving around to show properties. We’ve been at it for a while and just keep doing our thing here in South Goa. It’s a steady job and we like the people we meet.
