Our office is located at House Number 142/2, specifically in the shed area on Vernastreet in Nauta, Cortalim. It’s a modest setup, nothing too fancy to look at. We go by Laudato Si Realtors, but most people just know us as the folks working out of the shed. We focus on real estate around the Cortalim area. It’s a busy place with a lot of traffic, but our little corner is usually alright. We spend a lot of time sorting through property titles and making sure everything is legitimate before we even show a place to anyone. There’s a lot of old property in this region, so things can get a bit messy with the old records. We try to be patient with the process. We don’t have a receptionist or a big waiting room. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just find one of us at a desk with a lot of files. We talk to people plainly and don’t use any of that corporate jargon that makes things sound more important than they are. We just help people find a place to stay or a bit of land to build on. It’s basic work, but it’s important to get it right. We make mistakes sometimes, like forgetting to call someone back right away, but we always get there in the end. We’re just local people trying to help other local people.
