Kaveri Infrastructure (P) Ltd

We are Kaveri Infrastructure (P) Ltd and we are located in Ponda, Goa. Our office is in Block 5 of Manicsmruthy, over in the Khadpaband area. It’s a nice part of Goa, away from the heavy tourist spots, which we prefer. The humidity here can be something else, so the office can feel a bit stuffy even with the windows open. We’ve got stacks of files and rolls of site plans taking up most of the shelf space. Since we work in infrastructure, our shoes are usually a bit muddy from being out in the field. Ponda is a busy hub for people traveling across the state, so we see a lot of activity. We don't have a big marketing budget or a social media manager. We just do the work and word gets around locally. Sometimes we sit around the office drinking fish curry and rice for lunch while discussing the next phase of a project. It’s a small team, so we all know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. Things move a bit slower here in Goa sometimes, but we make sure the work gets done eventually. Dealing with the monsoon season is always a challenge for our timelines, but we’ve learned how to work around the rain over the years. We like our little spot in Khadpaband and have been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture.
