We've been at Shop 39 in the Felicinta Complex for a while now. Most people around Gogol know the spot. It's just a regular office where we handle real estate things. Sometimes it gets busy with paperwork, and other days it's just us waiting for the phone to ring or someone to walk in. We deal with buying and selling houses mostly. It’s not always easy because the market changes fast, but we try to keep up with what's happening in the neighborhood. We aren't a huge chain or anything like that. Just a small team working out of this complex. If you walk past, you'll see our sign. We spend a lot of time looking at property papers and talking to owners. Most of the work is just basic coordination between people who want to move and people who are leaving. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. We just use what we know about the local area here. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks, or we have to run out to look at a site in the middle of a meeting. That's just how it goes here. We try to be straight with people about what a place is worth. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are. We just want to get the job done so everyone can move on with their plans. It’s practical work, really.
