Design N Finance

Design N Finance is based out of Fonseca Arcade in Ponda. We are in unit G7, which is on the ground floor, making it pretty easy for people to find us. The building is right near the Civil Court in the Tisk area, so there is always a lot of activity around here. We have a bit of a different setup because we handle both design work and some finance matters, which keeps things interesting for us. The office is a practical space without any unnecessary frills. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a space to meet with people who need our help. Ponda is a central spot in Goa, so we get people coming in from all different directions. It is a busy environment, especially during the middle of the week when the court is in session and the streets are full of people. We have been in Fonseca Arcade for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Our day usually involves a lot of paperwork and looking at various project details. We don't really do the whole fancy presentation thing; we just sit down and talk through what needs to be done. It’s an honest way of working and it seems to suit the people who come to see us. Whether it is a design question or a finance issue, we just take it one step at a time and try to be as helpful as possible for the locals.
