Our place is situated in the Verna Electronic City, specifically at the Verna Plateau in Goa. Being in an industrial estate like this means it is a bit different from the touristy parts of the state people usually think of. It's a lot of warehouses and big office blocks out here. We are at L-7, and it's a pretty big site compared to a regular shop. We have quite a few people coming in and out every day. The sun gets really hot on the plateau during the afternoons, so we are glad for the shade inside. We handle the D-Link (India) Limited operations for this region from here. It’s a lot of boxes and technical equipment moving around. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. People wear comfortable clothes and just get on with their shifts. There is always a lot of movement, whether it's deliveries arriving or shipments going out. We've been in Verna for a long time now. The canteen nearby is where most of us grab a bite. It is a hardworking environment, but we try to keep things relaxed too. Goa has that effect on you, even when you're in an industrial park. We just focus on the logistics and making sure everything is where it needs to be. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it feeling like a regular workplace. We've been at this spot for ages and it works.
