I run things out of my place here in Vaddem, Vasco. It’s Flat B-6 in the Hill View Park Apartments. Being in Goa is nice, though the humidity can be a bit much for the paperwork sometimes. I’ve lived here for a good while and decided to set up my work right from home. It's a quiet building most of the time, except when the neighbors are heading out for work in the mornings. I handle a lot of different tasks throughout the day. My desk is near the window where I can see a bit of the surrounding area. I don't have a big team or anything like that. It is just me taking care of what needs to get done. Whether it’s answering emails or sorting out files, I stay pretty busy. Living and working in the same spot means I don't have to deal with the Vasco traffic, which is a big plus. Sometimes people come by to drop things off or just to chat about a project. It’s not a corporate office with a lobby. You just ring the bell at B-6. I try to keep things organized but sometimes the papers pile up when a lot is happening at once. It’s a simple setup but it works for what I do. I’ve been part of this community for years and like the familiar faces around the apartment complex. It keeps life interesting and I don't feel like I'm stuck in a sterile office block.
