Buona Pasta Pvt. Ltd. is based out of House No.-119 in Parra, which is in the Bardez area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the coast. We started this because we wanted to do something with food. We aren't a massive factory. It’s a more humble setup inside an old building. Most of our day is spent dealing with flour and making sure the shapes come out right. The air usually smells like dough. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who know the routine. We don't have a polished front office or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone with flour on their apron. Parra is a nice place to work, it feels very local and tucked away. We handle everything from mixing to packing right here. Sometimes the power goes out or the humidity messes with the drying process, and we have to adjust. It’s just the reality of making food in this part of the country. We don't spend money on advertising. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. We just want to make sure the pasta is decent and the bags are sealed properly. It’s a simple life. We work hard, we clean up at the end of the day, and we start again tomorrow. That’s how we’ve always done it at House No.-119.
