We’re located on the ground floor of H.No. E-16/17, over in the Neb Valley area of Neb Sarai. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, especially with the KH NO. 221/3 and Plot No. E-1 parts, but once you find the Sainik Farm area, it’s not too bad. Suisse A La Mode Private Limited is basically a ground-floor operation where we handle everything. Being in South Delhi-110068 means it’s a little quieter than the city center, but we still have our fair share of local noise. The space is mostly filled with work tables and a few computers that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment, and we don't spend much time worrying about how things look as long as we can find what we need. Sometimes the courier guys have trouble finding the specific plot in Neb Valley, so we spend a lot of time on the phone giving directions. The floor is concrete and stays relatively cool, which is nice when the Delhi heat starts to pick up. We’ve got a small corner for making tea, which is where most of our planning happens. It’s a bit of a messy place sometimes, with fabric scraps or papers scattered around, but we know where everything is. We just focus on getting the daily tasks finished and making sure the work keeps moving along without any big disasters. It’s just us doing our thing in a quiet corner of the city.
