Down here in Shaheen Bagh, we've got our little spot at G-79. It's right on the ground floor in Abul Fazal Enclave-2. It’s usually pretty busy around here in Okhla. You know how Jamia Nagar gets during the day. We spend our mornings sorting through stock and getting things ready. The room gets a bit crowded when a new shipment comes in. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. Most people know the area well. It's a lot of walking back and forth between the racks. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work to finish up. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big meetings. We just talk over the counter or while we are packing things. My desk is usually covered in papers and tape. The floor is mostly tiled and we try to sweep it every morning before the sun gets too high. Delhi heat can be tough in this part of town, so we keep the fans going all day. Mushkiya Lifestyle is just us working hard and trying to stay on top of things. There’s always someone coming in or out. The neighborhood has a lot of energy. We like being part of the local scene here in South Delhi. It feels real. If you’re walking past G-79, you’ll probably hear us talking or moving boxes around. It's a simple life but it's ours.
