Zingy Food Junction Private Limited

We are located in Amar Colony, specifically at E-161/162 in Lajpat Nagar 4. It’s a very crowded area with narrow streets, so getting here can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. We’ve been running Zingy Food Junction Private Limited from this spot for some time now. The building is right in the middle of all the market hustle. Inside, the space is divided into a prep area and a small office where we handle the paperwork. The lighting is bright because we need to see what we’re doing when we’re handling the food. We’ve got a couple of heavy-duty sinks and long stainless steel counters that take up most of the room. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the people in the colony and the scooters zooming past. We usually take turns going out to get snacks in the afternoon. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just focus on our own tasks and keeping the place clean. The floor gets swept three or four times a day because we can't stand the grit from the street coming in. We don't have any flashy posters or branding inside, just the necessary permits on the wall and a whiteboard where we scribble the week’s schedule. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy place, but it’s our workplace and we’ve grown fond of it over the years.
