We are based out of Greater Kailash Enclave Part-I, specifically at C-23. Zavitsa Realtors Llp has been at this South Delhi address for some time now. It's a quiet enough street compared to the main markets, which is nice when you're trying to concentrate on work. The building is easy to spot once you get into the enclave. We have our setup here, keeping things simple. There’s a bit of greenery around the entrance which we try to keep watered when we remember. Inside, it's mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of folders stacked on the floor. We don't really go for that corporate look; we just want a place that's comfortable to sit in for eight or nine hours a day. New Delhi gets quite dusty, so we’re always wiping down the windows at C-23. It’s a good spot because South Delhi is central for a lot of the people we talk to. We've got our routine down—get in, check the mail, handle the paperwork for Zavitsa Realtors Llp, and take a break for chai when the street vendor comes around. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here at the office, making sure the daily tasks are finished. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage to get things sent out eventually. It’s a real office for real work. We try to keep the noise down for the neighbors since it’s a residential area. We stay late most Tuesdays.
