Yummyshack Llp

We set up Yummyshack Llp in Sector 103 because the area was growing and it felt like a good spot to start something. We’re over at Shop No. 15 in the Indiabulls Centrum Park commercial complex. It took us a while to get the kitchen set up the way we wanted. It’s a practical space, nothing too elaborate. We spend most of our mornings getting everything ready before the lunch rush starts. The complex gets quite a bit of foot traffic, so we see a lot of people working nearby or living in the apartments. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just making food that tastes like it was made in a real kitchen. Sometimes we run out of certain ingredients because we try not to overstock too much, keeping things as fresh as we can. If you come by, you’ll see us mostly busy behind the counter. The staff here are just regular people who live around the area. We have our good days and our stressful days when the orders pile up, but we usually figure it out. It’s a small operation, and that’s fine with us. We don’t have fancy marketing or a big corporate office. It’s just the shop and the food we make every day. If you’re walking through the complex, stop by and say hello. We’re usually around until the evening when things finally quiet down.
