Yogsach Developers Private Limited is also located at House No. 1516 in Wazir Nagar, Kotla Mubarakpur. We share the space over at Khasra No. 345 on the upper floors. It’s a lively spot in the heart of the city. As developers, we spend most of our time figuring out how to turn ideas into actual structures. It’s a Private Limited firm, so we have a small team that handles all the legal and technical bits. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of storage for all our project files. Wazir Nagar is a tight-knit area, and everyone seems to know everyone else. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our previous projects. The climb up to the third or fourth floor keeps us fit, I guess. We usually have a lot of tea and spend our afternoons going over budgets and timelines. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like the challenge of building things in a crowded city like Delhi. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things moving along. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking on a site or dealing with local permits. We just keep it simple and stay busy in our corner of the city.
