Winning Impact Llp

Winning Impact Llp is situated in the DDA flats in Kalkaji, at L 1/174 B. We are quite close to the Aravali Apartment, so it is a residential part of New Delhi that feels a bit more relaxed than the main commercial hubs. The office is essentially a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has that homey feel, for better or worse. We have a few different rooms for different tasks, and the kitchen serves as our break area where we make coffee and store our lunch boxes. The stairs in the building are a little narrow and steep, so we all get a bit of a workout coming in every morning. We do not have any big signs or marketing posters around the place. Our walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and maybe a list of phone numbers. It is a practical environment where we focus on getting things done without any fuss. The neighborhood is full of families and other small businesses, so there is a nice community vibe. We often see the same people every day when we go out for a walk or to grab a soda from the nearby shop. It is a very normal, grounded place to work. We are not trying to be a huge corporation. We are just a small team in South Delhi, working hard and keeping things simple every day. It works for us.
