Our office is down in the basement at C-285 in South Delhi. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when we’re looking at plans for Vista Kasauli Realtech Private Limited. Being underground keeps it cool during those hot Delhi summers. We spend a lot of time talking about projects that aren't even in this city, focusing more on the hills. But this is where the main work happens. We have a couple of desks, some filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works when it feels like it. It’s not the most glamorous setup, but it’s practical for what we do. We mostly deal with the technical side of real estate and getting all the numbers to line up. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty down here, so we end up walking outside to make calls. Most people who visit us are contractors or lawyers. We don't really do big meetings. Usually, it's just a quick chat over a paper map. We've been at this address for a while and the neighbors in the building are used to us coming and going at odd hours. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to get the jobs done right without too much fuss. It's a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure everything is on track. We stay busy.
