Our office is in the G 8 DDA Building right in the heart of Nehru Place. If you know the area at all, you know it's always crowded and full of energy. We’ve been set up here for some time now. It’s a busy spot in South Delhi. Most of our day is spent dealing with property documents and talking to folks who come in through the door. Nehru Place is mostly known for computers and electronics, but there’s actually a lot of real estate work happening in these old buildings too. We handle the local listings and help with the basic paperwork that comes with buying or leasing commercial space. The office isn't anything special, just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes the elevators in the DDA building are slow or don't work, so we just take the stairs to get around. It’s all part of the daily routine. We know the South Delhi market fairly well since we're right in the middle of it every single day. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always noise and something going on outside. We just focus on our tasks and make sure the records are right. People come to us when they need practical advice about local spaces. We don't do big ads. Most people find us because they're already in the building or someone told them we're here. It’s simple, honest work. We show up, deal with the files, and head home in the evening.
