You can find Varddan Buildesign Private Limited in Lajpat Nagar-1, right near the government school. We are on the ground floor of C-10. It’s a lively area, usually full of students and shoppers during the day. Our work is a mix of building and designing, though most days it feels like more of the former with all the site visits. South Delhi 110024 is where we spend our time. The office is often full of rolls of paper, blueprints, and half-empty cups of tea. We aren't trying to be the most stylish firm in Delhi. We just want to make sure the designs actually work when you start digging in the ground. Sometimes the school noise is a bit much in the afternoon, but you get used to it. We have a small team that likes to argue about where a window should go or how much cement we need for a wall. It's all part of the daily process. We don't use fancy marketing or glossy ads because our work usually speaks for itself when people see the finished buildings. We’ve had some tough days when things didn't go right, but we always show up the next morning to fix it. We are just a group of people who enjoy the physical act of creating something from nothing. If you need us, we are usually around during the day, unless we are out at a site checking on the workers. It’s a plain, honest way to make a living for us.
