Ustad Kitchen Private Limited

Our business, Ustad Kitchen Private Limited, is based out of B-11 in Greater Kailash-I. It's a nice enough area here in New Delhi, and we've been set up in this spot for a bit. Being in GK-I means we are near a lot of other shops and houses, so there is always something going on. We focus on the kitchen and food side of things. It’s not a massive corporate headquarters or anything. It's more of a functional space where we handle the planning and the orders. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the emails. We didn't want to be in a cold office building, so this location works well for us. It feels more like a part of the neighborhood. The staff here is small, just a handful of people who know how the kitchen business works. We deal with a lot of different suppliers and customers throughout the day. Things can get a little messy with all the paperwork, but we try our best to keep it organized. We aren't into fancy titles or big meetings. We just sit down, figure out what needs to be done for the day, and do it. It’s a simple way to work, but it keeps us focused. If you're around Greater Kailash, you might have passed by our building. We're just here doing our thing every day, trying to stay on top of the work.
