Ubon Poultry Farm Private Limited is located on the fourth floor over in Shaheen Bagh. It’s part of the Abul Fazal Enclave, Part-II. Being in Jamia Nagar means there’s always something happening outside. We handle the poultry side of things, though the birds aren't kept right here in the office. This is where we handle the orders and talk to the suppliers. It’s a bit of a climb up to the fourth floor, especially when the lift is acting up, which happens more than I’d like. We’ve got a few desks and some old computers. We aren't trying to look fancy for anyone. It’s just about making sure the chickens are healthy and the deliveries are on time. My cousin helps me with the accounts. We get a lot of tea from the shop downstairs. The noise from the street is constant, but you get used to it after a week or two. We started this company because there was a need for reliable poultry supply in this part of New Delhi. It's a lot of paperwork and making sure we follow all the rules. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Some days are better than others, but that’s just how running a business goes. We like being in this neighborhood and the people we deal with are mostly good. It is what it is.
