Tz Agro Private Limited is located on the second floor at 35/222 and 36/222 in Village Khizrabad. This is right in the New Friends Colony area, which is a bit of an interesting mix of old and new. The building we are in is older, and climbing the stairs every morning definitely wakes you up. We have been here for some time now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the village. Our work in the agro sector involves a lot of back-and-forth communication. We are not some high-tech firm; we mostly use basic tools to manage our operations. The office has a lot of files, and sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we are all in there at once. We don't have any polished corporate brochures or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand. The summer months can be quite tough with the heat, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. Dealing with agriculture means we are always thinking about the seasons and how they affect everything. It is a lot of coordination and making sure people are where they need to be. We are just regular people working in a regular office. We try to be practical about everything we do. If something is not working, we change it. It is a simple way of doing business, but it seems to work for us in this part of Delhi.
