Trumark Pharmaceuticals Private Limited operates out of an upper ground floor flat in Joga Bai Extension, which is part of Jamia Nagar in Okhla. It’s a very lively and dense neighborhood. The flat is R-267, and it’s been our home for the business for a while now. Being on the upper ground floor is handy because we don’t have many stairs to climb, but it also means we are right in the thick of the street noise. Okhla is a hub of activity, and there’s always something going on outside. Our office inside is quite simple. We’ve turned the flat into a workspace with desks in the main rooms and storage in the back. It feels more like a home-turned-office than a cold business space. We have our files, our computers, and usually some tea brewing somewhere. It’s a small team here, so we all know each other’s families and what’s happening in the neighborhood. We spend our time managing the pharma supply chain, which involves a lot of coordinating and making sure the right boxes get to the right places. The area can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, and parking is almost impossible, but we like the energy here. It’s a real, hardworking environment where we just focus on the practical side of our business every day. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains, but we just keep working and wait for it to clear up.
