Th Mumbai Restaurants Llp

We are located right in the middle of Khan Market at number 15. It’s a famous spot, so it gets very crowded, especially on the weekends. Th Mumbai Restaurants Llp is our attempt at bringing some of that Mumbai food style to New Delhi. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. It’s a lot of pressure being in such a well-known market. The rent is high, so we have to stay busy all the time. Our kitchen staff is always running around trying to keep up with the orders. It’s noisy and fast-paced, which can be stressful sometimes. We don't have a fancy corporate structure. It’s mostly just the manager and the kitchen crew trying to get things right. Sometimes we run out of a certain ingredient because the delivery truck couldn't find a place to park in the narrow lanes of Khan Market. We have to send someone out to the local market to grab what we need. It’s a bit chaotic, but that’s just the restaurant life. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook and serve. The furniture is a bit worn out from all the people coming through, but it gives the place some character. We’re usually here until late at night cleaning up and getting ready for the next day. It’s a tough business, but we keep showing up.
