You can find Takeway Cafe Private Limited over in Lajpat Nagar-2. We are situated at K-27 on the first floor. If you know South Delhi, you know how crowded Lajpat Nagar gets, especially on the weekends. Our spot is right in the middle of all that action. It is a bit of a squeeze getting up the stairs sometimes when deliveries are arriving. We spend most of our time in the back making sure everything is prepped. The first floor is okay, though we sometimes wish we were on the ground for easier access. But we make it work with what we have. Most of the staff has been around for a while and we all know the routine. It is mostly about getting the packaging right and making sure the food goes out hot. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in Delhi, just trying to stay busy and keep the kitchen running smoothly. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the desk in the front is a bit wobbly, but it serves its purpose. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks. As long as the orders are handled and the bills are paid, we are happy. The street noise from the market is constant, so you always feel like you are in the thick of things. It's a lot of hard work but we are used to it.
