You can find Sukhmandir Nidhi Limited up on the second floor at 20 Hemkunt Colony. We are located in Greater Kailash 1, which is a pretty well-known area in the city. Being on the second floor means it is a bit quieter than the ground level where all the noise is. We spend most of our time going through documents and talking to our members who come by. It is a decent space for what we do. Not too big, but enough for what we need to get through every day. We’ve set things up so it feels comfortable when someone drops in for a visit. Living and working around GK 1 has its own pace and we try to keep up with it as best as we can. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to them, but it's okay once you get inside the office. We don’t have a big corporate team or any fancy executives here. It’s just us here managing the Nidhi operations and keeping things moving. We take things one day at a time. The office has windows that look out over the colony streets. Sometimes we see the regulars walking by while we work. It's a local operation through and through. We don't use fancy systems or complicated talk that nobody understands. We just explain how the savings work and help people fill out their forms. It's honest work. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to visitors.
