Staldate Projects Llp is located on the ground floor of B 37 in Abul Fazal Enclave II. It’s a straightforward office in a busy part of the enclave. We chose the ground floor because it’s practical for moving equipment and documents in and out. The space inside isn't anything fancy. It’s just a functional area where we manage our various project tasks. We deal with a lot of the behind-the-scenes work in construction and development. This means a lot of our time is spent on the phone with suppliers or checking in with the guys on the job sites. We don't have a big marketing budget or a polished sales team. We just rely on the fact that we show up every day and do what we say we’re going to do. The office can get a bit messy with blueprints and sample materials lying around, but that’s just how we work. Being in Abul Fazal Enclave II puts us right in the middle of a growing community, and we like being part of that. We aren't a big corporation with offices in every city. We’re just a local business trying to make a living by building things correctly. If you stop by B 37, you’ll probably find us with our sleeves rolled up, knee-deep in paperwork. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours, and we take it seriously.
