Nehru Place is always a bit of a madhouse, and our office is right in the middle of it. We are in Flat 304/57. If you’ve ever been here, you know how hard it is to find parking. We do infra work, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. The office isn't very big, so things can get a bit cluttered with blueprints and site reports. We've got a small crew that has been together for a while. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating whatever we can find nearby. South Delhi is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up. We don't go for the polished, corporate look. It’s more about getting the numbers right and making sure the construction side of things is moving along. You won’t find any fancy brochures here. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what’s possible and what isn't. The building we’re in has seen better days, but it works for us. We know the local vendors and the shortcuts around the traffic. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi, just trying to do our part and stay busy. If you stop by, don't mind the stacks of paper; we know where everything is, mostly. We just want to get through the daily list and make sure the projects stay on track.
