Srgk Home Developers Llp

Our office for Srgk Home Developers Llp is over in Defence Colony. We are at D-28, up on the second floor. It’s a nice enough area in New Delhi-South Delhi, specifically the 110024 area. We’ve been here for a bit now. It’s not a huge space, but it fits us just right. We handle home development stuff mostly. There’s always someone coming in or out with some kind of paperwork. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is good when we need to concentrate on site plans. We don’t really go in for the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are usually covered in files and coffee mugs. It’s a working office. We’re just regular people trying to build decent places for others to live in. Sometimes the stairs to the second floor feel a bit steep after a long day. But we don’t mind. Defence Colony has a lot of history and we like being part of it. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized. Most of the time, we’re out looking at properties or meeting with contractors. When we are here, it’s about getting the details right. No big slogans here, just hard work and some talk about the weather. We know the local shopkeepers and they know us. It feels like a real community. That's pretty much who we are and where we work every day. It’s just how we do things. We like to keep it simple.
