Our little office is Shop No. 7 inside the Kumar Complex, which is part of Wazir Nagar in Kotla Mubarakpur. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, especially on Street No. 7 where the bikes and rickshaws are always moving around and making noise. We’ve been here at 1433T for quite some time now. SONAKSHI REALTY & INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is just what we do to make a living in this part of South Delhi. The 110003 area is always crowded, and our shop is right in the middle of that energy every single day. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a simple place with a few desks and a tea kettle that’s almost always running on the side table. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit, sometimes just to chat or ask about something they saw down the road. We know the lanes of Kotla Mubarakpur pretty well because we’ve spent years walking them in the heat and the rain. The Kumar Complex is an older building, so it has its quirks, like the stairs being a bit narrow and the light switches being in odd places, but it works for us. We handle the local real estate and infrastructure bits without much fuss or drama. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, typical for a business like this one. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that, just us doing the day-to-day tasks. If you are looking for Shop No. 7, just look for the sign near the entrance of the complex.
