Skyline Buildcon Llp

We have our workspace set up in the basement of B-8 in Geetanjali Enclave. It is a quiet residential pocket of South Delhi, which makes a nice change from the busier parts of the city. Skyline Buildcon Llp has been operating from this 110017 address for a while now. It’s a simple setup downstairs where we manage our construction and development work. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler during those hot Delhi summers, which we definitely appreciate. We are usually buried in site plans or talking to vendors on the phone. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key. We handle projects across this side of town, but this is where the planning happens. You might miss the entrance if you aren't looking for the B-8 sign on the gate. It's not a flashy showroom or anything like that, just where we keep the computers and the project files. A lot of our day involves going out to different sites and then coming back here to sort out the logistics. Dealing with local building codes and keeping everything on track takes up most of our time. We don't have a big marketing team, so most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing our boards at work sites. It is just a practical way to run a business in New Delhi without too much fuss. We just focus on the bricks and keeping the work moving.
