Sita Niketan South Delhi Llp is over in Masjid Moth, at G-19. We are right in Greater Kailash-II, which is a pretty well-known part of the city. Our office is on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb any stairs to reach us. It’s not a very big space, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with people. South West Delhi has a lot of property movement, and we stay quite busy keeping track of everything. We spend our mornings checking out new listings and our afternoons meeting with people who want to move into the area. It can be a bit hectic, especially with the Delhi traffic, but we manage. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our desks are usually a mess of blueprints and legal documents. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going through the long afternoons. Sometimes we are out at a site visit, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We just leave a phone number on the door. We don't use big words or try to act like we are some huge firm. We are just local people who know the property market in 110048. We handle the negotiations and the registration work without much fuss. It’s a straightforward business and we try to treat everyone who walks in with common sense and respect.
