Shriamritam Food Chain Private Limited is based at B-4140 in Green Field. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the louder parts of the city. We do a bit of everything when it comes to food. Most of our day is taken up by prep work in the kitchen. We spend a lot of time cleaning grains and cutting up vegetables for whatever orders are coming in. It is not the kind of work you see in movies. Your hands get dry from the water and you spend a lot of time cleaning up after yourself. We started out small and we haven't changed much since then. There is a small wooden table where we sit down for our own meals when things quiet down for a bit. We get deliveries at the front gate and we know most of the drivers by their first names now. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use flashlights to finish what we are doing, but we just get on with it. We don't have a fancy website with professional photos. If you want to see what we are about, you really just have to visit. The place usually has a crate of onions or a bag of rice sitting in the corner because we use them so fast. It is a real kitchen where real food is made every day. We just keep the stoves burning and make sure the food is ready on time.
