It’s a busy little pocket of the city. Being near the dairy makes it easy to give people directions. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading to different sites. Construction and buildtech work involve a lot of moving parts, and we try our best to keep track of it all from this small base. We aren't into the whole corporate polish. You won’t find any scripted greetings here. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. The guys in the office are usually busy with blueprints or talking to contractors on the phone. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the street traffic outside, but we’re used to it. We deal with the everyday realities of building, from material costs going up to finding reliable labor.
