If you go down to the basement at I 23 in Lajpat Nagar 3, you’ll find us. Shree Samarth Eatables Llp is based right there, in the heart of South Delhi. Lajpat Nagar is a crazy place, always full of shoppers and vendors shouting, but once you step down into our basement, it gets a lot quieter. We handle various eatables, mostly snacks and packaged goods that people like to munch on. The space is a bit tight, but we’ve organized it so everything has its place. It gets a little cool down there in the winter, so we usually have a small heater running near the packing station. We started this because we liked the idea of being our own bosses, even if it means working longer hours than a regular job. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the inventory or cleaning up after a busy day. We don't use big words or try to act like we’re more important than we are. We’re just a local business trying to do things right. Sometimes we make mistakes, like a label being slightly crooked or an order being delayed by a day because of the heavy Delhi rain, but we always try to fix it. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like that personal connection. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life, and we’re proud of the work we put in.
