Shilpa Hi Tech Seeds

We are located on the first floor at Plot No. Sa/1 in Jogabai Extension. It’s right in Jamia Nagar, not far from the Government Boys Senior Secondary School. Being upstairs means we get a bit less noise from the street, which is nice for when we are talking to customers. We deal with seeds and agricultural stuff mostly. The office is small and filled with bags and samples that we’ve collected. There’s always a bit of a dusty smell, like dried plants or earth, which we don't mind. We don't have a lot of walk-in traffic since we are on the first floor, but farmers and local sellers know the way up. My desk is right by the window where I can see the school kids walking home in the afternoon. It’s a quiet enough operation most of the time. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on how the crops are doing in the fields. We don’t use any big words or complicated systems. It’s just about knowing which seeds work best for the soil in this region. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to carry bags up the stairs. It keeps us fit. The people in Jamia Nagar are friendly, and we’ve been in this building for several years now. We just do our work and try to stay out of the way. It’s a decent way to earn a living.
