Sharrealty Private Limited is based out of New Delhi, specifically at the address 16-B, A-13 in Kalkaji Extn. The pin code is 110019, which is a number we end up writing a lot. It’s a bit of an interesting address because of the way the blocks are labeled with both letters and numbers. Sometimes people get a little turned around looking for A-13, but once you find 16-B, you’re basically there. Kalkaji Extension is a busy area, but our specific spot stays relatively manageable. We’ve been here for a while and the office has become a second home for us. It’s not a fancy skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just a regular building in a regular Delhi neighborhood. We have our files and our computers and we spend most of our time just getting through the work that needs doing. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but for now, they do the job just fine. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, which is something you just get used to after a while. It’s a practical place for Sharrealty Private Limited to be. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just local people working in the same neighborhood where we spend a lot of our time anyway. It feels right for what we do.
