SERQET ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are over here at Serqet Estates in Defence Colony. It’s an old neighborhood in Delhi and we’ve got our small office set up on the third floor of D-28. It isn't a massive corporate skyscraper or anything fancy like that, just a regular space where a few of us sit and handle property stuff every day. Some days are really busy with people coming in and out, asking about flats or shops, and other days it is just us catching up on paperwork. The stairs to the third floor can be a bit of a climb if you aren't used to it. We've been around this part of South Delhi for a while now. Most people know the address, it's pretty easy to find once you are in Def Col. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because we prefer just talking to folks directly when they stop by. It’s mostly about managing estates and keeping things moving. We deal with the usual local stuff that comes with property management in a city like Delhi. If the traffic is bad, getting here takes forever, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things simple and honest without making things sound more complicated than they actually are. Just a bunch of us working in a quiet corner of the colony, making sure the estate work gets done right.
