We are located on the fourth floor over in Batla House. It’s a busy part of Okhla and there is always something going on in the streets below. The clinic isn't huge, but we have enough space for what we need to do on a daily basis. Walking up to the fourth floor keeps everyone fit, though it can be a bit tiring if you’re not used to it. There isn't an elevator in this particular building, so keep that in mind. We've been here for a bit now and most of our patients come from the surrounding lanes. It's a tight-knit area where news travels fast. We don't spend much on ads or anything like that because people just hear about us through word of mouth. Sometimes the waiting area gets quite full, especially in the evenings when everyone is finally off work. We try to keep things moving as much as we possibly can. The rooms are clean but very simple. We don't have fancy leather chairs or any of that high-end decor. Just the basics needed for a medical checkup. New Delhi is always crowded, and this part of South Delhi is no different. We just try to provide a quiet spot amidst all that outside chaos. It's a bit of a climb, but once you’re inside, it’s a different vibe. We work long hours because that's when the neighborhood really needs us to be open.
