Our place is at B-50 in Bharat Nagar. If you know South Delhi at all, you know it can be a bit crowded and loud, but we’ve made a decent home here over the years. We deal with water issues mostly because that's what's needed for the people around here. It isn't always easy working out of this part of Delhi, but it’s where we are and we like the community. We've got a small team of local people. Usually, there's a pot of tea going and someone is on the phone trying to fix a problem or organize a delivery. We aren't trying to be some big corporation or a polished organization. We just want to make sure things work a bit better than they did yesterday. The office isn't much to look at, just some mismatched chairs and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time out and about on the streets, not just sitting behind desks in the AC. Bharat Nagar has its own rhythm, and we've fit into it over time. It can be loud outside with the traffic and the vendors, but inside we just focus on the tasks we have. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to catch up on, especially in the busy season. We don’t really have a public relations team or any marketing. It’s just us doing what we do. We’ve had to learn things as we go along. Most of the time it’s about solving one small issue at a time until the sun goes down.
