Save Animals In India A Rescue Foundation

We are over in Greater Kailash-1, tucked away on the ground floor of S-3. It gets pretty loud here sometimes because there is always something going on. Mostly we are just trying to help out the animals in our neighborhood and beyond whenever we can. It started small. Just a few of us noticing stray dogs and cats that looked like they needed a hand. Delhi is a big place and things happen fast. We do what we can with the space we have. Sometimes it is stressful. You see a lot of sad things, but then you see a dog wagging its tail after getting better and it makes sense. People stop by to ask questions or just to see how they can help. We don't have a big fancy office. It’s a practical setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the street. It’s hard work, honestly. Dealing with rescues means late nights and early mornings. We don't really have a set routine because you never know when someone will call about an injured cow or a kitten stuck somewhere. We just try to be there. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Neighbors know us. If you are around GK-1, you’ve probably seen us moving crates or feeding the locals. It isn't always pretty, but it is what we do every day. Just trying to make things a little better for the creatures that can't speak for themselves. That’s about it.
