Samarpan Infra Holdings Private Limited

Samarpan Infra Holdings is based in Nehru Place, which is pretty much the busiest spot for business in New Delhi. We are at 504 in Saraswati House, which is at number 27. If you’ve ever tried to park a car around here, you know it’s a nightmare. I usually end up walking quite a bit from the metro station because it’s just faster than searching for a spot. Our office is on the fifth floor, and the lift is one of those old ones that shakes a little when it stops. Inside, we have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of paperwork related to our infra holdings. It’s not a very quiet place because you can always hear the city noise and the street below. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to bring you water in a tray. You just come in and find someone to talk to. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking things on our computers. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick snack from the vendors selling pakoras and tea. The office can get a bit stuffy in the summer, but the air conditioner usually works okay if we don't push it too hard. We don't bother with all that corporate talk or mission statements on the walls. We’re just here to do the job and keep things moving. It’s a standard New Delhi office life, nothing more and nothing less.
