SAM BUILDCON LLP

We are Sam Buildcon LLP, and you can find us at number 13 on the Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar-IV. Being on the Ring Road means we get a lot of noise from the cars, but it is a great spot for a business. We are right in South Delhi, in the 110024 area code. We do building and construction projects. We have been around this area for a good while now. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It is just a place where we do our work. We have desks, some chairs for when people come to visit, and a lot of maps and plans on the walls. We are not a massive firm. It is just a small group of us. We focus on getting buildings up and making sure the work is done right. We do not use a lot of big words or try to act like we are more than we are. We are just a local construction company. People come to us because they know we are in the neighborhood. We spend our mornings on the phone and our afternoons out at the sites. Sometimes we are still here late at night finishing up records. It is just the way it is. We like being in Lajpat Nagar because everything is close by. We have done a lot of work around here and we know the streets well. We just try to do an honest job every day.
