Sabki Ek Raah Foundation

Sabki Ek Raah Foundation is located at 216/2 in Gali Number 4, over in Lajpat Nagar. Lajpat Nagar is always such a busy part of Delhi, and our street is no exception. There is always someone walking by or a delivery scooter zipping through the lane. Our office is on the ground floor, which makes it easy for people to stop in, but it also means we hear everything happening outside. We have a couple of small rooms filled with desks, chairs, and a lot of boxes of materials we use for our projects. It is a bit cramped, especially when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We don't have any of that fancy modern office furniture; most of ours is stuff we’ve picked up over the years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't quite gotten around to it yet. We are mostly focused on the day-to-day tasks of running the foundation and making sure our programs are moving along. It’s a very hands-on environment here. We don't use big words or try to act like some huge institution. We’re just a group of people who found a space in a busy market area and started working. On rainy days, the lane outside gets a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We keep a stack of old towels by the door and just keep on going.
