We are located at W-35 in Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi. Sabar Luxury Homes is just a small team of us who work on local housing and residential projects. We’ve been based in GK-1 for a while, and we really like the energy of this neighborhood. Our office isn't a high-rise glass building. It’s a comfortable space where we can sit down and look at floor plans or talk about materials. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big corporate goals. We just focus on the homes we are building or managing right now. Most of our day involves talking to architects and making sure the construction crews have what they need. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on things across the city. We aren't trying to sound like a giant developer. We are just local people who know how to get a house built in Delhi. Sometimes the office is a bit chaotic when we have a lot of projects going at once, but we manage. We usually have some snacks and tea on the table for whenever someone drops in. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We just want to get the work done and make sure the houses are solid. That’s about it for us. We’re just a regular business doing our part here in South Delhi.
