Saalcon Hiliving Private Limited

Our office is up on the 6th floor of the Shakuntla Building in Nehru Place. If you know Delhi, you know Nehru Place is a chaotic, busy hub for all sorts of businesses. We’re right in the middle of that at Saalcon Hiliving. We focus on residential projects, mostly thinking about how to create living spaces that actually work for people. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when things get stressful. It’s a standard office setup—nothing too over the top, just desks, computers, and a lot of project files. We aren't the type to use big corporate slogans or talk about reinventing things. We just look at a plot of land or a building plan and try to figure out the best way to make it a home. There are a lot of meetings with architects and engineers here. Sometimes the conversations get a bit heated when we're trying to solve a problem, but that's just part of the process. Nehru Place can be a loud place to work, but it keeps us on our toes and reminds us why we started this. We’ve been based in South Delhi for a while now and we understand the market here pretty well. We just try to stay honest about what can be done and what can’t. It’s about getting the job done right and moving on to the next one.
