S H PROJECTS LLP is based over in Panchsheel Vihar, right near Sheikh Sarai Phase-I. Our office is at B-104 A, and it is a pretty decent spot in South Delhi. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans or talking to various contractors. Things can get a bit hectic around here when a new project starts up. We’ve been around for a while now. Most of us grew up right here in Delhi so we know the local area quite well. It's not a huge operation, just a few of us working together every day. We handle all the day-to-day stuff that comes with running a project business. There’s usually a lot of tea and coffee going around while we argue over drawings and budgets. We aren't into big speeches or fancy websites. We just do the work. The traffic around Sheikh Sarai is usually a mess, so we try to plan our site visits very carefully. Sometimes we stay late into the evening to finish up some estimates. It's just honest work. We don't try to be something we're not. People usually come to us because they know we will give them a straight answer about how long things will take. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city over the years. We just keep doing our bit. The walls are covered in calendars and city maps. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. It is just a simple, busy life.
