Our office is at 90/10-A on the second floor near Krishna Mandir in South Delhi. Being near the temple means we hear the bells every morning, which is a nice way to start the day. The area is quite crowded and finding a spot for a scooter or car is always a struggle. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a workout every time we have to go out to a site or meet a vendor. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers, a big table for looking at drawings, and some chairs for visitors. South Delhi is a busy place and things move fast here. We spend our time managing different building projects and trying to keep everything on track. Sometimes the noise from the street makes it hard to hear on the phone, but you get used to it. We aren't a big company with hundreds of people, just a small group trying to do honest work. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and some project photos. Usually, someone is always out on a site visit while the rest of us handle the paperwork. It can be a lot of pressure when deadlines are close, but we just take it one day at a time. The local tea seller knows us well and brings us chai twice a day without us even asking.
