Rustam Consultancy (Opc) Private Limited is located at Shop No. 5, on the ground floor of H.N. D-35 along Muradi Road. This is right in the heart of Batla House in Jamia Nagar, Okhla. It’s a very busy neighborhood, always something going on outside the shop door. Being a one-person company, or an Opc as they call it, means things are pretty straightforward here. I’m usually the one you’ll talk to if you come by. The space is small but it serves its purpose for consulting work. I’ve lived and worked around this part of New Delhi for a long time, so I know the 110025 area very well. The shop is simple—just a desk, a couple of chairs for visitors, and my computer. I don’t see the point in having a giant office when most of the work happens right here on this screen or over the phone. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to ask a quick question. It’s a lot of manual work and keeping track of details that others might miss. Sometimes the street noise gets loud, but you get used to it after a few days. It's just a regular local business trying to help people get their affairs in order without making a big fuss about it. There are no corporate slogans here, just me doing the work.
