Our office is over at M-273 in Greater Kailash Part II. It’s a well-known area in South Delhi. RUDRATMKAY BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we go by. Being in Delhi-110048 means we are in a very busy part of the city. There is always something going on around the streets here. We’ve been working out of this location, handling various construction projects. It is not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and some chairs for visitors. We aren't into the corporate style of doing things. We prefer a more hands-on approach to building. You won't find us in many meetings. We would rather be on the site seeing how the foundation is coming along. The streets in GK II can be tight, but we’ve gotten used to maneuvering the trucks. We take our work seriously but we talk like regular people. No big speeches or promises. We just look at the plans and see what can actually be done. It is a lot of coordinating with different people every day. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them on the fly. That is just how construction goes. We’ve been at M-273 for a while now. People stop by to ask about their homes or shops. We just give them a straight answer without the fluff. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us.
