Royalhawk Developers Private Limited

We are based up on the 7th floor of the International Trade Tower in Nehru Place. It is a busy E Block office in one of the most crowded commercial areas of South Delhi. Royalhawk Developers Private Limited might be in a big tower, but we are just a small team of real people. We work on development projects, which mostly means we spend our time looking at land, talking to builders, and trying to get everything to line up. It can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the constant rushing around Nehru Place. Our office isn't some cold corporate space. We know each other well and we work closely on everything. We don't go for those slick marketing pitches you see from big companies. We would rather just have a coffee and talk about a project in plain English. We have our good days and our bad days, just like anyone else. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we are stuck dealing with a problem for a week. We just stay focused on the work and try to build things that are solid. Being in such a central hub keeps us on our toes, but we haven't lost our local way of doing things. We’re just here to do our job and do it as best as we can. We've been at room 713 for a while now.
